For our Fiscal Department we are looking for a Business Development Manager.

Mission Statement

The Sales Manager sells Ayming Fiscal services to the customers. Proactively build the company’s client portfolio, and creates and maintains excellent customer relationships.

Key responsibility 1: Development and consolidation of client portfolio

  • Contact prospective clients to identify and act on opportunities for new contracts (cold calling, warm calling…)
  • Prepare new offers and contracts 
  • Developed an in-depth customer needs analysis
  • Engaged with  the right people inside the company 
  • Identify and target sales opportunities (match client needs with offerings)
  • Carry out market research to identify target companies, build client portfolio, gain understanding of competitors, and share information with the team
  • Organize internal meetings with Managers/Director to gain a sufficient level of technical understanding necessary for preparing sales proposal
  • Coordinate the writing-up of proposals, get validated by Managers and Director, and present in front of the clients
  • Write up standard contracts, and ensure the Director is informed when contracts are “client-specific” (i.e. specific clauses…) and understand the degree of modification involved, to guarantee contract compliance
  • Involve and inform Business Managers/Directors in the different stages of the sales process, depending on the complexity of clients needs, the financial impact of potential deals, and the complexity of offering
  • Consult and negotiate with Manager/Director on project pricing, planning, staffing 
  • Liaise with the Business Sales Director and the different departments, in order to identify synergy opportunities and exchange client details
  • Participate to event and support marketing strategy implementation looking for new communication opportunities within its market area Prospect and detect sales opportunities with the objective to sell projects to new clients: set up and lead meetings, presenting company competitive positioning and services. Boost communication and brand awareness through social media
  • Develop and continuously update CRM tools for each client/prospect (decision-makers, revenue, geographic footprint, purchasing profile...)and regularly inform Business Managers/Director of client progress
  • Write regular progress reports


Key responsibility 2: Client Relationship management

  • Create and maintain excellent client relations
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process
  • Ensure Cross selling among different department offers at local and global level
  • Ensure smooth and tactful transition of client relations to project team when a contract is signed and project kicks off 
  • Assist with invoicing, when the finance department encounters difficulties: liaise with the clients if neces


Key responsibility 3: New offerings and internal company projects

  • Actively participate in the research, development, deployment and packaging of new offerings 
  • Support the improving of internal organization (actively and proactively)  and actively participate in company initiatives


Qualifications and Skills  

  • Degree in taxation or economic , or equivalent through professional experience/training 
  • Minimum 5 years selling consulting services to mid and large-market clients (from 30M€ revenue)
  • Proven track record using a sales methodology to generate business leads, "open doors", move them through the sales cycle until the prospect is successfully signed
  • Highly motivated, results driven, independent thinker, proactive key player
  • Strong customer focus, interpersonal and team oriented skills
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) coupled with heightened listening skills
  • Experience selling to Middle/Top Management
  • High level of business integrity and ethics
  • Possess driver’s license
  • English high knowledge
